Another of my favorites using the costco chicken is buffalo chicken pizza. Simialar to your BBQ one, I use the pocketless pita, tomato sauce, Costco chicken, franks hots sauce, feta. In the oven for 10 min or so. Yum!

You got that right. I go to Costco just to taste that chicken. I'm one of those guys in line waiting for them to give that little piece of chicken.
